Steeping suggestions. Use one teaspoon or 3 grams for 8-12 ounces of water at a temperature of 195-205 degrees F. Steep the leaves for two minutes and taste. This tea can be strong, so experiment to find where it meets your taste preference. It will steep multiple times.
History:
The history of Lu An Gua Pian dates back to the Tang Dynasty,
which is recorded in Lu Yu's Cha Jing describing it as a "Superior Tea".
Lu Yu said that " the famous moutain in the world could raising celestial grass,
the warm climate in Jiangnan is suitble for tea,
and the north of Changjiang river is famous for Liu An Gua Pian".
